Effective May 8, 2006, the Penn State University Libraries will move to WebAccess authentication for online Library services. All non-PSU Library users will need a Friends of Penn State account to access online library services such as My Library Account and online renewals.

Already registered with the Library as a Community Borrower and have a Friends of Penn State account? Just fill in the form below to add your FPS ID to your Library record. Any FPS ID is valid regardless of whether it was obtained through the Univeristy Libraries or elsewhere at Penn State.

Don't have a Friends of Penn State account? Go to Create a Friends of Penn State Account. If you're already registered with the Library, your library record will automatically be updated with your FPS ID. If not already registered, visit a Library service desk.
